Sessions are run on an interactive basis seeking to blend participants' personal experiences with some psychological theories and around 30 members attend the sessions and enrich them with their insights, questions and humour. A diverse and fascinating subject. Future topics often come from suggestions raised by members or issues arising during meetings.
